Troubleshooting
Keep the swap ID, Ethereum transaction hash, wallet account, and displayed error when investigating a problem.
| Problem | Action |
|---|---|
| Recipient rejected | Use a valid 95-character Monero mainnet standard address or subaddress from your wallet. |
| Quote unavailable or Monero nodes disagree | Wait for fresh observations, then review again. |
| Amount too small | Increase the principal or review the minimum after the pricing deduction. |
| Insufficient ETH | Leave ETH for gas as well as the principal. |
| Wrong network or account | Select Ethereum mainnet and the account that created the swap. |
| Transaction pending or confirmation uncertain | Use Check again and inspect the existing hash before submitting another creation. |
| No solver bid | Review your price and window. Solvers also need available inventory and proof capacity. Request expiry after the auction. |
| Winner missed the deadline | Request expiry for the principal plus winning bond. |
| Refund reverted | Check whether someone already settled or expired the swap, and whether its deadline has passed. |
| Settled but XMR unavailable | Refresh the correct wallet against a trusted Monero daemon; ordinary output maturity still applies. |
| History unavailable | Keep the hashes and inspect the contract. Website downtime does not cancel an intent. |
See tracking and refunds for timing and payout rules. A reverted transaction can still cost gas; a successful settlement cannot be reversed through the contract.
